The research of the working group Vegetation Ecology and Conservation Biology is focused on various aspects of basic and applied plant ecology, mainly in the fields of vegetation ecology, population biology and conservation biology. These are also the main areas in teaching at the University of Bremen, both in the undergraduate courses in the Bachelor of Biology and in the Master of Ecology.
